Désirée and Jeremy love their jobs and are proud to bring to life this project which suits them in many ways. Hotel school for one and Michelin- starred kitchens for the other, the Franco-Swiss couple has worked in Switzerland, Europe and South America, and has been living in Ticino for the last several years. From the piazza, the kitchen stoves, the osteria, the terrace, the alleys or the green spaces, they look forward to meeting you and and making sure you have a pleasant stay.

Responsible cooking
The chef's job can be summed up as "transforming what nature offers into a tasty dish". Everything starts from there: an evolving menu offering the best of local and seasonal products; an intelligent use of the whole product; and a sparing use of meat in such a way as to honour the whole carcass. The aim is always to please and to give priority to human contact.

Perched on the right bank of the Verzasca , Corippo is an ideal starting point for the many outdoor and cultural activities in the valley. The surrounding mountains and forests have retained their unspoiled beauty and are ideal for hiking, mountain biking and romantic picnics. The valley owes its authentic charm to the Verzasca River, whose emerald waters are breathtakingly pure. The river is perfect for swimming, canyoning, kayaking and even scuba diving. Corippo is located 30 minutes from Locarno and 3 hours from Zurich.
