During the day, one stops by for a drink and something simple to eat. The kitchen offers a selection of cold dishes, salads, cheeses, small plates to share and sweets.

In the evening

In the evening, the kitchen expresses itself with greater depth, allowing time for the dishes to develop. Products, sauces and balances find their place, always guided by taste and the chef’s intuition.

Foraged ingredients, wild herbs, products from the valley and game nourish a living cuisine, attentive to the seasons and the moment.
